Beautiful Skin Care

As a makeup artist, I'm a huge advocate for taking care of your skin. So when I come across amazing products and people, I can't wait to share my discoveries. Here are 3 lines that I have recently tried out.

Skin care is one of those things that might take some investment in order to find what works best for you. As we bid adieu to 2009 and say hello to the fabulous things to come in the New Year, we want to make sure that we end old things and begin new things with a big bold bang! And I’m not just talking about the anticipated New Year’s fireworks show in a city near you.

Christmas Movie Extravaganza!

I hope that everyone had a fantastic Christmas. I got some much needed rest and caught up on some movies. I saw "Up in the Air" with George Clooney. I had no idea what it was about until I saw it and it had some very poignant life messages for me, I really enjoyed it. My other theater experience was "It's Complicated" with Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin. Nancy Meyers never lets me down. Her movies are multi-layered and always showing a mature woman in an empowered light. I highly recommend it!

On the small screen at home, I enjoyed "Australia", "17 Again", "The Proposal" (again) and several of my favorite romantic comedies such as "Love Actually", "The Holiday", "You've Got Mail" and "Briget Jones's Diary". You can't go wrong with any of these, no matter how many times I watch them I love them.

This coming week I'm on call for jury duty, so I'm not sure what I will be bringing you later this week, though I'm pretty sure we will be announcing a great New Year's offer. Stay tuned.
